strip-club bouncer recovering after being shot
- Reports indicate
the employee was shot at least once and RCMP are looking for
one suspect who fled the scene.
A man is
recovering in hospital after being shot Saturday morning at
a Surrey strip club known for recent violence.
The victim is
a bouncer at T-Barz on East Whalley Ring Road and 104th
Avenue.
The popular
strip club was the scene of a gang-related shooting earlier
this year. The latest shooting apparently happened after an
altercation inside the club around 2:30 a.m.
Reports
indicate the employee was shot at least once and RCMP are
looking for one suspect who fled the scene.
The club was
the scene of a targeted shooting last February. That
shooting led to United Nations gang members Barzan
Tilli-Choli, 27, and associates Nicola Cottrell and Aram
Alibeing being charged with attempted murder.
