man with a knife in front of Moctezuma's Bar.

An officer spoke to a bouncer who said he turned away Williams, that Williams became upset, yelled profanities and tried to push his way in, so he escorted Williams to the street, according to the police report.

The bouncer told the officer that when they reached the street, Williams pulled away from him, took a knife out of his pocket, unfolded it and walked toward him pointing it, so the bouncer kicked Williams in the crotch, according to the police report. The bouncer said he then tackled Williams and told bystanders to call police. Two witnesses corroborated the bouncer's account, according to the police report.

When the officer spoke with Williams, he said he was just walking by the bar when the bouncer kicked and grabbed him and took him to the ground.

The officer asked if Williams had done anything to provoke the bouncer, and Williams said he did not and that he never pulled his knife out, according to the police report.

The officer noted that Williams had red, watery, bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, and a strong odor of alcohol on this breath while the officer spoke with him, according to the police report.
