Bouncer Tried To Stop Man Leaving With Drink
A man pulled a
knife during a dispute at a Manchester restaurant Saturday
night, police said.
Police said a
bouncer at Grand Slam Pizza reported that the man tried to
leave the bar with a drink, and as the bouncer tried to stop
him, a struggle ensued and the man was knocked to the
ground.
The man pulled
out a knife as another person became involved in the
dispute, police said. The man was then led away by a friend,
and a witness saw him get into a vehicle and leave. That
witness recovered the knife and one of the man's shoes,
police said.
A short time
later, the same witness saw the man return on foot,
brandishing another knife, police said. The witness alerted
the bar, and the man was seen leaving the area.
The man was
described as white, 22 to 24 years old, with a shaved head.
